Candles

Wick Trimming: Trim the wick in between each lighting. It is usually the best way to keep the flame strong and consistent. With wooden wicks, simply pinch and snap off the black, charred bit of wood before you relight the candle.

Melt Pool: Make sure your burn sessions are long enough (2-4 hours). This will create a full melt pool that reaches the edges of the vessel. Not giving your candle enough time to burn can create tunneling, which can eventually drown the wick in wax and make it very difficult to relight.

Blow It: With your own mouth, NOT by putting the lid on top, otherwise you'll trap in the smoke and your candle will smell smoky and not as it's intended to smell (unless it's our Smoked Oud & Vanilla scent.

Only burn your candles on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

Incense

To begin, ignite the tip of the incense stick at a gentle angle using either a match or a lighter, allowing the flame to persist for roughly 10-15 seconds. Next, blow gently on the flame to extinguish it. The incense stick should emit a warm, glowing ember and a delicate wisp of smoke, sustaining its burn autonomously. Ensure the incense burns atop a heat-resistant, non combustible holder. For safety, burn the incense in a well-ventilated area, distanced form any flammable objects, and never leave it unattended or within reach of children, pets, or unwanted breezes.
